There have been lots of great changes in Southfort this Spring, with more coming this summer!
Currently we are finishing construction on Southfort Meadows Stage 1 & Southfort Estates Stage 8. We anticipate our builders to begin construction on show homes in Meadows this August, with public lots ready to be build on starting this fall. Currently, there are 3 new show homes being built in Southfort Estates 7B from Concept Homes, Homexx Homes, & Rundle Homes. These dream homes will be a great starting point for those considering purchasing in the new Estates Stage 8, which we will post the lot details (size,price,etc) to later this summer.
Also in August, Rosecroft Homes will begin construction on the first 10 units of Southfort Villas Condos, which will feature duplex free standing condo units, perfect for those wanting to live in their own duplex while still enjoying the perks of condo board covered maintenance.
All lots in Southfort Ridge Stage 2 have been sold, and some new builders to the area are just about to start building houses.
