With construction officially underway on the new sanitary expansion line being built by the County of Strathcona, we are excited to announce that we will be bringing on new lots in Ardrossan this Spring! We released info on Ardrossan Heights Stage 1D this summer to our loyal mail listers that have been patiently waiting for many years, and the entire subdivision almost sold out with presales. There are still a few lots available, so make sure you act quickly! We also plan on constructing the first stage of Ardrossan Estates this Spring, which will feature 1/3 Acre lots directly north of Ardrossan Heights. With preliminary engineering still being completed, we have yet to release lot info & prices, but will be doing so this winter to once again give everyone a presale opportunity. If you want to be one of the first to buy, make sure you contact Andrew and add yourself to the Ardrossan mailing list so that you receive updates as they happen.
