As of January 1, 2016, the exclusive window for the builder groups in Southfort Ridge & Southfort Meadows has expired. The remaining lots in the subdivisions are now available to builders and the public for purchase. There are is no minimum purchase requirement, and all lots will be sold first-come, first-served (therefore there will be no lot holds permitted).
