Welcome to construction season! The first few basements are already poured in Ardrossan Heights, and permits are now available as well in Ardrossan Estates so they will be soon to follow. There are a few lots still available, and once you purchase you can immediately start on construction so that your new home is sealed up before the fall. We will not be building any new stages in Ardrossan this year, so this is your only chance to get a lot until Fall 2016.
